Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How many people does the clubhouse hold?
    The building is rated for an occupancy of 300.

2.  Is there any seating provided?
    Yes.  We have enough tables, both round and rectangular, to seat 200 guests.  Specifically, there are twenty-two 60" round tables and ten 3'x8' long tables.

3.  What is the layout of the clubhouse?
    Please refer to the diagram on the Building Info Page.

4.  How do I become a member of the park?
    Thank you for your interest.  Currently, we are not accepting new members.

5.  Can I come in a day early and decorate for my event?
    Unfortunately, no.  We cannot guarantee that the clubhouse won’t be rented the day before.  To avoid “double bookings”, we no longer permit early access to the building. 
    We may offer you a discounted rate for the day before your event.  Please inquire.

6.  Can we come in the day after our event and clean?
    Again, in the interest of not imposing on someone else’s time, we do not permit this practice. We may offer a discounted rate for the day after your event.  Please inquire.
7.  What are your rates?
    Please refer to the Reservations Page.

8.  Can we rent the pool area too?
    Generally, the pool area is for members only and not for rent.  On the very rare occasion, we will allow the pool to be rented.  Before you get sticker shock, understand that inconveniencing our members is a costly endeavor.

9.  Can we rent the entire grounds (except the pool)?
    Yes, but it doesn’t happen often.  Because we have a partnership with Pony Baseball, any events we have outside the clubhouse need to be considered when they set their schedule.  Your event would have to be planned at least one year in advance.  Again, sticker shock may apply.
